Job Duties

- Monitor inventory, proper storage, and rotation of ingredients following FIFO procedures
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, complying with health department standards
- Be aware of special requests and food allergies, communicating information to the team
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen organization
- Step in for the Executive or Head Chef as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures
