Job Duties

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company guidelines
  • Monitor inventory, proper storage, and rotation of ingredients following FIFO procedures
  • Uphold kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, complying with health department standards
  • Be aware of special requests and food allergies, communicating information to the team
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen organization
  • Step in for the Executive or Head Chef as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold the company's policies and procedures
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • All other assigned duties
