Job Requirements

Previous sous chef experience required
Background check and drug screening required
Ability to work in a fast paced high volume kitchen
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Qualifications

3 plus years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume upscale dining environment
Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen management
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Hands on leader with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences

Job Duties

Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
Lead train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate
Oversee daily food preparation production and presentation
Ensure consistency in quality taste and presentation that meets Ruth's Chris standards
Assist in menu development inventory control and cost management
