Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
- Lead train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate
- Oversee daily food preparation production and presentation
- Ensure consistency in quality taste and presentation that meets Ruth's Chris standards
- Assist in menu development inventory control and cost management
