We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role is integral to supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards while ensuring that each dish meets Ruth's Chris Steak House's renowned quality. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role, guiding, training, and inspiring the kitchen staff to deliver excellence consistently in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale dining environment. The position also involves overseeing daily food preparation, production, and presentation, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance that aligns with the brand's standards. In addition to operational duties, you will assist in menu development, inventory control, and cost management to help maintain both the creative and financial aspects of the kitchen.

Job Requirements

  • Previous sous chef experience required

  • Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
