We are currently seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef role is pivotal in the smooth operation of the kitchen, acting as the primary support to the Executive Chef while overseeing day-to-day kitchen activities. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation aligned with industry standards and opportunities for professional advancement. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with all kitchen operations and versatile enough to perform any task as circumstances require. Acting as the vital link between the kitchen and wait staff, the Sous Chef must possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate the team.

The responsibilities include planning and directing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, expediting orders to ensure efficient service, and upholding strict quality control standards. The Sous Chef must be adept at problem-solving, capable of devising quick and effective solutions when challenges arise in the fast-paced kitchen environment. Ensuring that food is delivered promptly, accurately, and to the highest standards in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size is central to this role. Additionally, the Sous Chef will be involved in training new employees, maintaining staff schedules, and motivating the kitchen team to perform at their best.
