The Sous Chef will also manage labor costs and schedules, coach and guide kitchen staff, and act as manager on duty when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership and operational acumen.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and possesses the ability to multitask effectively while exceeding guest expectations consistently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years culinary leadership experience, preferably hold a bachelor's degree, and have food safety certification. The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, complemented by an industry-leading benefits program that supports employee well-being and professional growth.

Joining Schulte Hospitality Group means becoming part of a workforce that values engagement, empowerment, and career development. SHG provides an employee-focused, inclusive workplace with perks that include daily pay options, virtual healthcare access starting from day one, multiple health and life insurance options, a 401k plan with company match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay, pet insurance, an employee assistance program, and discounts on various services and products through the Schulte Savings Marketplace. These benefits combined work to create a rewarding and enjoyable work atmosphere where employees feel valued and inspired to excel.
