Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to create a high-quality menu that meets customer expectations
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menus
  • Monitor food quality and consistency and make adjustments as necessary
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained
  • Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies such as food and ingredients
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Train and educate kitchen staff on safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
