The role of Sous Chef at Elior Independent School Dining, located in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive hourly wage of $19.50 plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Candidates for this position must demonstrate a solid foundation in culinary management, with at least three years of relevant experience complemented by formal certification from a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The job also requires a willingness and ability to travel up to 75 percent of the time to different locations, highlighting the role’s dynamic and mobile nature.
