The role of Culinary Manager at Topgolf is a full-time position critical to delivering top-tier culinary experiences. This position requires a leader with strong culinary management skills and the ability to supervise and inspire a kitchen team that consistently meets and exceeds quality standards. The Culinary Manager will coach and develop team members, delegate tasks efficiently, and uphold the highest standards in food preparation, safety, and sanitation. The role demands active involvement in inventory monitoring, cost control, recipe selection, and standardization, ensuring both food quality and budget adherence are maintained.

The Culinary Manager will be instrumental in planning and costing menus, including special event menus and chef's choice selections, ensuring variety and appeal for guests across all service periods. Operating within a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment, this role requires physical stamina and attention to detail. The position also involves overseeing equipment maintenance and following strict safety protocols to promote a safe workspace. This leadership role is best suited for candidates with at least three years of culinary management experience and who have proven success in team development and operational efficiency. While a bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree is preferred, a strong track record in culinary leadership combined with the ability to manage costs, processes, and people effectively is vital.
