As a Sous Chef at The Sunny Hotel, you will play a vital role within our culinary team by supporting the Executive Chef and collaborating closely to craft unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Job Requirements
- college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
Job Qualifications
