The role available is for a Sous Chef at their large senior living community in Coeur d'Alene. This position is integral to the culinary team, supporting the Executive Chef and contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality, seasonal, and nutritious meal options tailored specifically for seniors. The Sous Chef will be a creative and detail-oriented individual, responsible for assisting with menu innovation, meal preparation, and overall kitchen management. Additionally, there are opportunities for professional growth through company-sponsored training and tuition reimbursement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and advancement. The company also provides on-demand pay, enabling employees to access earned wages as needed, which is a testament to their employee-centered approach. This position is designed for an individual who values teamwork and leadership, ready to recruit, train, and support kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards and safety protocols. Commitment to food safety and sanitation is paramount, given the sensitive nature of the senior living environment.
