Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary arts or an equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience in a directly related field
- One to three years of food preparation experience including work with sauces soups meat and seafood
- Current Serv Safe certification required and ability to obtain and hold any local or state required food handling supervision or sanitation licenses and or certifications
Job Qualifications

- One to three years of food preparation experience including work with sauces soups meat and seafood

Job Duties
- Assist the chef with overseeing the day to day operation of the kitchen and maintaining the highest quality food products and service including oversight of kitchen cleanliness in accordance with sanitation and food safety standards
- Prepare and coordinate daily meals per standardized recipes and oversee meal preparation for quality assurance presentation and portion control
- Coordinate and supervise meal preparation activities and support banquet production and planning as needed
