The Cook Supervisor role at Permian Lodge is integral to maintaining the high standards of food quality and safety the lodge is known for. Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Culinary training as a recognized training institute
- Minimum two years first cook experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Food Safe certificate
- HACCP certificate
- First Aid with CPR and AED certification

Job Duties
