At ASM Global’s Irving Convention Center, an exceptional opportunity is available for a Sous Chef who will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the venue's food service operations. The Sous Chef will lead a talented team of 10 or more cooks, coordinating efforts in both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless service delivery. The Sous Chef will take on supervisory responsibilities during the Executive Chef’s absence, managing kitchen and stewarding staff efficiently, and ensuring all food preparation meets ASM Global’s stringent standards.
