This continuous growth reflects the company's commitment to delivering exceptional care and providing a stellar lifestyle for seniors. Driven by their CEO, Evrett Benton, the organization's supreme goal is to excel in all they undertake by prioritizing the well-being of their residents, their families, and employees. This family-minded company fosters a culture of respect, compassion, and dedication, ensuring that every employee feels valued and every resident enjoys a quality life. The Lakewood Reserve community, where this position is based, represents the highest standard of senior living, combining comfort, safety, and engaging lifestyle programs for its residents.

Employees are provided with outstanding benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a generous paid time off program, holidays, 401k retirement plans, and other perks like free meals each shift and on-demand pay. With employee growth in mind, Stellar Senior Living also provides company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and continuous learning opportunities designed to foster career advancement.

This role requires overseeing kitchen operations including inventory management, staff training, meal preparation, and menu development. The Sous Chef will work closely with junior kitchen team members to maintain high standards in food presentation and service, while rigorously following sanitation and safety regulations. Flexibility in scheduling is expected, reflecting the dynamic nature of food service within a senior living environment.

For candidates passionate about culinary arts, dedicated to leadership, and eager to contribute positively to the lives of seniors, this opportunity offers a meaningful career path in a supportive and growth-focused organization. Stellar Senior Living shows a strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity, fostering a respectful workplace where equal opportunity employment is a fundamental practice. Furthermore, to ensure a safe environment amid ongoing health concerns, the company encourages COVID-19 vaccination and booster doses while respecting personal choice.

By joining Stellar Senior Living as a Sous Chef, you become part of a team centered on respect, excellence, and care, making a real difference in the community you serve.
