The establishment is dedicated to upholding strict health and safety standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment for its culinary staff.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for training, supervising, and working alongside all cooks and culinary staff to ensure that food is prepared, cooked, and presented according to the standardized menus of Permian Lodge. The Cook Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining the consistency, quality, and safety of all food products served by the lodge. Additionally, the Cook Supervisor will personally select and inspect fresh ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and fowl to maintain the highest standards of food quality. The role also includes ensuring proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food items in compliance with health department regulations and HACCP standards.
