The role of Sous Chef at George & Gather is a pivotal leadership position within the kitchen team, working directly under the Executive Chef to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 with additional bonus pay opportunities. The Sous Chef will actively support menu development focused on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, contributing to food costing, specials, and the continuous evolution of the restaurant's offerings. This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and operational skills to maintain the high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety that George & Gather is known for.   • Ability to work full-time schedule including 10 hour shifts
  • Must be able to work on-site in downtown Chandler

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
