Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior culinary experience in a similar sous chef role
  • ability to work full-time and on-site in Jackson, Wyoming
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage and train kitchen staff
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

  • experience in menu planning, creative recipe development, and inventory management
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills

Job Duties

  • assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
