The Sous Chef will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef by managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and maintaining exemplary hospitality standards. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and directing of food preparation and overseeing kitchen staff to ensure efficient shift management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a sous chef or relevant role in a restaurant kitchen

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
