As a full-time Sous Chef at Tartine Bakery's new Mill Valley location, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen leadership team. This role requires a passionate, skilled culinary professional who can embody Tartine’s values of hospitality and quality. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, leading and inspiring the kitchen team, and ensuring consistency in food preparation, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction. Scheduled for AM shifts with weekend availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, this role offers an hourly wage of $30.77.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional kitchen experience including leadership roles
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- excellent communication and team management skills
