The Sous Chef role at Gourmet Dining LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in East Orange, NJ. This vital culinary role supports the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are consistently upheld. The Sous Chef is an integral team player responsible for maintaining seamless kitchen operations within a fast-paced environment while fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
