We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for crafting a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty dishes, ensuring consistency, freshness, and exceptional guest experiences. This position plays a vital role in supporting the head chef and kitchen team by maintaining a clean and organized workstation, monitoring inventory, assisting with ingredient ordering, and following all food safety protocols.
