The company emphasizes a culture of inclusivity, fun, and community, fostering an atmosphere where guests and associates alike can engage and thrive.

As a full-time Culinary Manager at Topgolf, you will play a critical role in overseeing the culinary operations to ensure that every guest receives a best-in-class dining experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop a standout culinary team, working within an energetic and fast-paced environment that values excellence and teamwork. This role requires a hands-on leader who embodies Topgolf's core values such as Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, to inspire the culinary team and deliver consistently outstanding food and service.

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory, purchasing products, and ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve financial targets, including a full understanding of cost of goods sold (COGS). You will collaborate closely with corporate teams to select and develop enticing recipes, create menus for special events, and maintain high-quality standards in food presentation and kitchen operations. Additionally, this role demands vigilance to kitchen safety and sanitation protocols, proper equipment maintenance, and adherence to health regulations, all critical for maintaining a safe and efficient culinary environment.

The role requires a minimum of three years in culinary management, with a proven ability to develop and lead a dynamic culinary team. A bachelor’s degree or a related culinary degree is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. Physical stamina is important as this position entails standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, as well as working in varying temperature conditions.

Joining Topgolf means becoming part of a forward-thinking company committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and affirmative action. The organization fosters a respectful, equitable, and inclusive work environment that supports all employees. Topgolf is an equal opportunity employer, proudly supporting workplace diversity and actively preventing discrimination and harassment.
