We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef position is crucial in supporting the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations while upholding the highest culinary, safety, and sanitation standards. The Sous Chef will play an active role in menu development, inventory control, cost management, and maintaining operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • Previous sous chef experience required
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
