Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
  • lead train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate
  • oversee daily food preparation production and presentation
  • ensure consistency in quality taste and presentation that meets Ruth's Chris standards
  • assist in menu development inventory control and cost management
