We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our amazing team of chefs. This position is essential in supporting and assisting the Executive Chef with leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of outstanding dining experiences to our guests. The Executive Sous Chef will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining the highest food quality and safety standards, and mentoring and developing kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards. This role demands strong culinary skills, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for crafting delicious, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. The Sous Chef will be instrumental in menu development, including updating seasonal dishes and special offerings in alignment with current culinary trends and customer preferences. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead culinary role in a professional kitchen
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong culinary skills emphasizing quality, consistency, and creativity
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
