Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of relevant culinary or food and beverage experience or 2-year degree with 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with scheduling and labor management systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement new culinary concepts

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen shift operations ensuring compliance with food and beverage policies
- Estimate daily production needs and communicate with kitchen personnel
- Assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations and food preparation
- Develop and create new culinary ideas and food presentations
- Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
- Lead shifts while personally preparing food
- Utilize interpersonal skills to lead and motivate team
- Ensure employee productivity and performance expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and quality control
- Train employees in safety procedures
- Participate in employee performance appraisals
- Attend relevant meetings and communicate effectively
- Analyze information to solve problems and improve service
