Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years previous experience in culinary or food and beverage line position
- one to two years experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Plan organize control and direct the work of employees in the kitchen department responsible for food preparation
- ensure superior quality and consistency in all dishes
- collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine to develop menu and culinary innovations
- oversee kitchen operations to maintain health and safety standards
- train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
- manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- assist in budgeting and cost control within the kitchen department
