Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work any shift including weekends
- Experience in catering or large party functions preferred
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Devotion to culinary challenges

- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certificate or food handler's card
- Common knowledge of fast paced kitchen operations
- Experience guiding and training kitchen staff
- Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment
- Ability to write recipes and perform culinary math
- Knowledge of sauces, butchery, and cooking techniques
- Experience in ordering inventory and managing supplies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Guide, train, and oversee kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Write recipes and culinary methods
- Manage ordering and receiving of goods
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal menus
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees
- Supervise kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate on menu design and event planning
