Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work any shift including weekends
  • Experience in catering or large party functions preferred
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Devotion to culinary challenges
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certificate or food handler's card
  • Common knowledge of fast paced kitchen operations
  • Experience guiding and training kitchen staff
  • Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment
  • Ability to write recipes and perform culinary math
  • Knowledge of sauces, butchery, and cooking techniques
  • Experience in ordering inventory and managing supplies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Guide, train, and oversee kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Write recipes and culinary methods
  • Manage ordering and receiving of goods
  • Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal menus
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees
  • Supervise kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • Collaborate on menu design and event planning
