  • ordering supplies and tracking inventory
  • ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked

  • maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
  • working closely with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
