Job Requirements

  • Experience in scratch-made, high-volume kitchens
  • Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work varied shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and dish team
  • Uphold our standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Support ordering, inventory, and food cost management
  • Collaborate with the BOH leadership team on menu execution
  • Jump in wherever needed-from the saute station to expo
  • Help build a positive kitchen culture rooted in teamwork and pride
