- Minimum two years first cook experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Food Safe Certificate
- HACCP certificate
- First Aid with CPR and AED certification

Job Duties
- Assign specific duties to all kitchen employees for efficient operation
- Visually inspect and select the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and fowl for food preparation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper menu item preparation
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food products complying with health and HACCP regulations
- Adhere to control procedures for cost and quality
- Read and follow recipes using math skills
- Process requisitions for kitchen supplies
