Job Requirements
- High school diploma or culinary degree
- previous kitchen management experience
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
- experience working in fine dining or high-volume kitchens
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation within a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of kitchen management practices including inventory control and food safety regulations
- experience in banquet service preferred
- excellent menu planning skills with a creative approach
- ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating leadership
- strong communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
Job Duties
- Ensure preparation, plating, and presentation standards are maintained
- supervise kitchen associates and provide training, development, and coaching
- monitor maintenance and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- work closely with Executive Chef on special projects
- promote and maintain team cohesion
- create menu items and daily specials
- oversee food quality and inventory control
