- Minimum three years culinary experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to lead a kitchen team
- Physically able to manage dynamic kitchen environment
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work full time
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of culinary experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Culinary certification preferred
- ServSafe Certification required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, recipes, and costing
- Leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in leading and training the kitchen team
- Prepare and present meals that meet high quality and consistency standards
- Monitor kitchen performance and production flow
- Assist in menu creation aligning with cost and productivity goals
- Ensure all prep and storage areas comply with health codes and cleanliness standards
- Participate in special projects to enhance kitchen operations
- Maintain guest satisfaction through top-tier culinary standards
