Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to champion and enhance food and workplace safety culture
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent substantial experience
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary leadership
- Passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer and technical skills including Google Suite
- ServSafe Certification required
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
- Passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computer and Google Suite tools
- ServSafe Certification required
- Experience managing in a union environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead food and workplace safety, including allergen management
- Execute and refine culinary offerings with creativity and precision
- Adhere to menu, production, and preparation guidelines
- Follow opening and closing checklists
- Prepare balanced meals that fuel and delight users
- Maintain consistently friendly and engaging hospitality
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Support sustainable sourcing in line with sector and food purchasing standards
