Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Produce menu items as listed in each restaurant following all prep lists and ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets
  • Promote, support, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards
  • Ensure customer service standards are followed by all team members and address issues as they arise
  • Assist with cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory in each restaurant
  • Assist Chef de Cuisine with administrative duties such as tracking and maintenance of attendance records
  • Assist with maintaining quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
