Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years culinary experience
- experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- strong teamwork skills

- assist the Chef de Cuisine in supervising culinary staff
- lead kitchen operations during shifts
- coordinate guests nutritional needs
- assist in staff scheduling and inventory management
- prepare and oversee mise en place for hot and cold items
- maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- ensure safe food handling and equipment use
