Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years culinary experience
  • experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist the Chef de Cuisine in supervising culinary staff
  • lead kitchen operations during shifts
  • coordinate guests nutritional needs
  • assist in staff scheduling and inventory management
  • prepare and oversee mise en place for hot and cold items
  • maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
  • ensure safe food handling and equipment use
