Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive line experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in culinary arts preferred but not required
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive line experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory role
  • Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine experience preferred
  • Experience with catering production
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise culinary line operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Prepare and oversee catering production
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods
  • Work night and weekend shifts as required
