Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of progressive line experience
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Positive and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in culinary arts preferred but not required
- 3 to 5 years of progressive line experience
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine experience preferred
- Experience with catering production
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Job Duties

- Lead and supervise culinary line operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Prepare and oversee catering production
- Maintain positive and professional interactions with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods
- Work night and weekend shifts as required
