Job Requirements

  • BA degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory restaurant kitchen roles
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to stand or walk an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 150 lbs with equipment
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to use computers and software including Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Maintain neat and clean grooming and uniforms
  • Willingness to work varying schedules
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors year-round
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • BA degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory restaurant kitchen role
  • Experience as Jr Sous Chef or Sous Chef preferred
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Current hospitality kitchen experience
