Job Requirements
- Minimum of an A.S. degree or equivalent culinary experience
- Several years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high volume, complex foodservice environment
- Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
Job Qualifications

- Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Catering experience
- Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations
- Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account
- Assist the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
- Produce and execute catering events
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team
- Supervise hourly associates and kitchen staff
- Develop daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment
- Support client satisfaction programs and activities
