- 2 plus years of previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a full-service or cafe style restaurant
- quality knife skills and ability to work safely

- enforce sanitary food handling practices throughout the kitchen
- act as a primary leader and professional example in kitchen operations
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- collaborate with executive chefs and team members to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
