Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
- Lead and motivate kitchen team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Manage food preparation and presentation in accordance with Yard House standards
- Collaborate with General Managers and Executive Chefs to align kitchen functions with overall restaurant goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food orders to avoid waste and shortages
- Train new culinary staff and support ongoing development of team members
