Job Duties
- Partner with the Executive Chef to design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that surprise and delight
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain and exceed high culinary standards
- Oversee inventory management, sourcing only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients
- Ensure exceptional food quality, flavor, and presentation at every service
- Uphold the strictest health, safety, and sanitation standards
