Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Lead Cook position
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations

- Present in a professional manner
- Have good people skills
- Be outgoing and a self-starter
- Be detailed oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Lead Cook position
Job Duties
- Oversight of cook staff
- Preparation of foods for patrons, cafeterias and catering
- Menu design and/or modifications as required, working with the Executive Chef
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes
- Responsible for appropriate quantities of food needed to meet menu requirements
- Responsible to follow standards and methods as outlined in Policy and Procedures to promote high quality food and prevent food borne illnesses in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations
