Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years back of house management experience
  • Responsible for organizing, prep delegating, and putting out parties with team
  • Work closely with the team and help mentor and develop skills
  • Meets with Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine regularly to stay up to date on
  • Ensure that food is routinely monitored and meets the standards of the club
  • Able to produce high-quality products in a high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must have high-volume a la carte experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Associate degree or higher preferred in Culinary Arts
  • ServSafe certified

Job Duties

  • Organize food preparation and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Work closely with the culinary team to mentor and develop skills
  • Collaborate regularly with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to stay updated on standards and menus
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to meet the club's quality standards
  • Produce high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment
  • Manage back-of-house operations efficiently during parties and events
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation compliance
