Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years back of house management experience
- Responsible for organizing, prep delegating, and putting out parties with team
- Work closely with the team and help mentor and develop skills
- Meets with Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine regularly to stay up to date on
- Ensure that food is routinely monitored and meets the standards of the club
- Able to produce high-quality products in a high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Must have high-volume a la carte experience
- Positive attitude
- Associate degree or higher preferred in Culinary Arts
- ServSafe certified
Job Duties
- Organize food preparation and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Work closely with the culinary team to mentor and develop skills
- Collaborate regularly with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to stay updated on standards and menus
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to meet the club's quality standards
- Produce high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment
- Manage back-of-house operations efficiently during parties and events
- Monitor food safety and sanitation compliance
