Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handlers card
  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant sous chef experience
  • ability to work full-time

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a sous chef or in an equivalent culinary leadership role

  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • creativity in menu development

Job Duties

  • Help lead the culinary team in daily operations
  • oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards
  • assist in menu planning and development
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • train and mentor kitchen staff
  • coordinate catering services and special events
