Job Duties
- Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control operational activities of Food and Nutritional Services Department
- Supervise staff and ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen and cafe environment
- Ensure orientation and ongoing education of all Food Service Cook employees
- Provide orientation for new employees and ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
- Collaborate with FANS Director and Executive Chef Manager to execute budget for Food Services, including proper food and supply ordering and contract compliance
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in the department
