Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a high-volume culinary environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • advanced knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • strong understanding of dietary needs including allergen awareness and special diets
  • proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
