Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a high-volume culinary environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- advanced knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- strong understanding of dietary needs including allergen awareness and special diets
- proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- excellent organizational and time-management skills

- assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations
- supervise kitchen staff
- manage daily kitchen activities
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- oversee food preparation and cooking techniques
- manage inventory and control costs
