Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sous chef experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct food preparation activities in the kitchen

  • Collaborate with the executive chef and other team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
