Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- must hold a Managers Food Handlers permit
- experience in office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the Director of Food & Beverage
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost
- monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
