Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to butcher proteins

Job Duties

  • Manage all kitchen, food prep, and service operations alongside Executive Chef and General Manager
  • Ensure accurate creation and presentation of all food items served to guests
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in preparation of all menu items
  • Butcher all proteins
  • Execute all paperwork associated with Chef position
  • Learn and perform all kitchen positions effectively and assist staff members
  • Manage back of house labor to meet Perry's goals and guest requirements
  • Order, stock, and manage inventory levels and quality
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at work
