Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- current ServSafe certification required
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable

Job Duties
- adhere to the companys mandated f&b menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to food operations
- work with the operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in the absence of the kitchen manager or chef
- estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- partner with kitchen manager or general manager to address and resolve disciplinary issues
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits
- proactively maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- report critical issues to general manager promptly
